At Red Rocks Insurance Agency, we are a mother-daughter team based in Morrison, CO. After almost 20 years as an Allstate agent, Maja became an Independent Broker in 2012 and started her own agency, the Maja Stefansdottir Agency, LLC. Her daughter, Soley Berryman Kanouff, has been with the agency since 2012 and works as a Licensed Producer and Office Manager. In 2016, Maja changed the agency's name to Red Rocks Insurance Agency, LLC in order to better represent the company and its location.

Between the two of them, Maja and Soley have almost 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. They both love what they do and they love working together. Maja Stefansdottir 

I am originally from Iceland and I first came to this country when I was 17 years old. In 1976, I made Morrison, CO my home. I have worked in the insurance field for over 20 years, first as an Allstate agent and now as an independent broker.  I absolutely love what I do and I take pride in educating my customers on insurance and providing helpful advice.

In my spare time, I am an active member of the Morrison community. I serve on the Town
Planning Commission, the Board of Adjustment, the Morrison Action Committee and
each year I help plan the town’s annual Morrison CiderFest. I also enjoy singing, hiking, gardening, cooking and spending time with my grandkids. .

Soley Berryman Kanouff

I was born and raised right here in the town of Morrison, CO. After finishing school and spending some time abroad, I decided to pick up and move to Austin, TX. I spent five years there working as Communications Director for a country club.

​In 2012, I moved back to Morrison to work as a Licensed Producer with my mom, Maja. Although I really miss all the barbeque and warm weather in Austin, I'm grateful to be back home in Morrison, CO working in a career that I love.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, running, hiking and cooking.
